Instant Cardio Activity (5 Minutes)
Timed 3-6-3 Relay
Each team will use their own table to practice and time themselves in the Timed 3-6-3 Relay. One team on one table with one set of Speed Stacks and 1 Stackmat for each team. The lead competitor for that team starts at the table, while the other 4-5 members wait behind a start line, 7’ back, to be tagged. The lead competitor starts the timer and the last competitor ends the timer and team can work autonomously.
Skillastics Round 1 (30 Minutes)
Speed Stacks Skillastics is team based, fun way for your students to learn and apply their knowledge of sport stacking through integrated fitness activities. Please see the Speed Stacks Skillastics Instruction Manual for set up and rules and complete the blue level of repetitions.
Cool Down (10 Minutes)
Walk and talk to discuss the skill-related and health-related components of fitness in the task cards you completed.
