Each team will use their own table to practice and time themselves in the Timed 3-6-3 Relay. One team on one table with one set of Speed Stacks and 1 Stackmat for each team. The lead competitor for that team starts at the table, while the other 4-5 members wait behind a start line, 7’ back, to be tagged. The lead competitor starts the timer and the last competitor ends the timer and team can work autonomously.
